The Arise Shine Center Curriculum is a playbook for kids and families which includes Polestars (values and principles) and their accompanying life skills. ASC Curriculum includes life skills and lessons through the ASC Teacher Training, Centering Program, and Grounding Workshop for Adults. It is a mindfulness-based, holistic, foundational approach to life-long learning which benefits students holistically and social-emotionally.

Our heart-based mentoring program is an impactful combination of practical life guidance and compassionate support based on connection, understanding, and trust.
With a focus on emotional intelligence and practical life skills, we work on the goals and growth edges set by kids, teachers, and their families to help the whole child thrive.
Customized to complement your program and student needs, our Ariser Mentoring can include deeper social-emotional work like identifying and processing emotions, communication, and knowing oneself. It can also include student-driven study, academics, musical guidance, or a customized curriculum based on our Ariser guiding principles (what we call Polestars) like integrity, resilience, courage, honesty, empathy, and gratitude.
life champions classes
Help your students learn, grow, and thrive while following the beat of their own drum. Customized for your specific students, this class focuses on emotional intelligence, mindfulness, connections to self and others, and life skills.

Each class consists of a share circle and mindfulness exercises where we practice speaking and listening from the heart, explore values and virtues - what we call Polestars - and have meaningful discussions that help us all learn and grow.

Inspired by escape rooms, Dungeons & Dragons, and immersive theater, our missions are full of mystery-adventures designed to give students the opportunity to be their own hero - all while having tons of fun collaborating with their peers. ​​​

Each new Bright Knights session features original plots, fun characters, and exciting challenges with teacher-actors trained to engage kids in a hero's journey experience that promotes social-emotional intelligence, mindfulness, teamwork, leadership, and a strong sense of self..​
Missions include hiking, training, meditation, problem-solving, teamwork, and lots of fun. It is a truly unique experience designed to capture imaginations and inspire learning through play that is sure to enhance your program.
